The 2022 ResiRating is here! Morgan Glen Iris has been rated a fantastic 4.5 ResiRating and an 88% satisfactory rating from their residents.
The residents are most satisfied with the management and professionalism of Morgan Glen Iris, appreciating how efficient and reliable the maintenance and operations of the village are. The results also showed the expectations of resident’s safety and easy access to support were beyond met, creating a strong sense of peace of mind for the residents. Results also showed residents being most impressed with the village’s concierge providing easy support when needed.
The residents also greatly rated the supportive easy ageing design of the apartments that can be customised to each resident’s mobility. The strong sense of community and social support also rated highly with a friendly culture being created by neighbours and staff, where residents can enjoy social in-house activities and outings together. Overall, the residents are highly satisfied with the lifestyle and support provided at Morgan Glen Iris.
